Vertical Platform Lifts

National Wheel-O-Vator is on the cutting edge with its engineering and design of accessibility equipment. Whether access is needed for indoor or outdoor applications, our vertical platform lifts area safe, economical and space effective way to overcome accessibility barriers. Each of our units is designed to conform with ANSI A18.1 guidelines and meets ADA requirements when properly installed in commercial settings. Models BC, CDE and PCDE are powered with an Acme screw drive, whereas, models HBC, HCDE, and HPCDE use a hydraulic drive. These units come standard with 750 lbs. capacity and can travel up to 14’ in distance.

Model BC/HBC
Commercial lift that can be installed unenclosed or in a vertical runway by others. Indoor/Outdoor use.

Model CDE/HCDE
Commercial lift with steel enclosure, panels, and gates provided as standard equipment. Indoor/Outdoor use.

Model PCDE/HPCDE
Commercial lift with steel enclosure, acrylic panels, and acrylic gates provided as standard equipment. Indoor/Outdoor use.

Model RE
Residential lift only. Can be installed unenclosed or in a vertical runway by others. Indoor/Outdoor use.

BC Portable
Portable commercial lift designed for stages and platforms where a lift may not be needed at all times. Indoor/Outdoor use.

WOV 355
Commercial lift with 6’8” enclosure and suspended ceiling. Hydraulic drive with elevator quality 2 speed ride. Installed in hoistway. Indoor.

Model CDE - Acme Screw Drive / Model HCDE - Hydraulic Drive

CDE/HCDE models are manufactured with a steel enclosure for indoor use. For outdoor applications, aluminum tubings are available to extend the life of the unit. This model solves accessibility needs without having to build a vertical runway.

Units can be fully enclosed to add aesthetic appeal, as well as, protect the user from inclement weather. In such cases, optional lighting and a ventilation system may be required.
